ROBERT BABYLON

Born in Surrey in 1961, Robert Babylon lives in Hampshire and is regarded as one of the world's leading professional erotic photographic artists, travelling around the world for personal and corporate commissions.

A master in capturing elements of sub-culture and fetish, Babylon's work has been exhibited internationally including a prestigious solo exhibition at the World Erotic Art Museum in Miami. He was awarded “Erotic Artist of The Year” by Jade magazine and has photographs in the Wilzig permanent collection in the USA.

Notable exhibitions include the 'SoHo Gallery for Digital Art’ in New York, the Seattle Erotic Arts Festival’ and Las Vegas' ‘Sin City Gallery’. His work has been published in books and magazines across the globe including ’12 Inches of Sin’, ‘Erotic Signature’s The World’s Greatest Erotic Art of Today’, ‘Skin Two’, ‘Juxtapoz’ and ‘Secret Magazine’.

His popular and award winning erotic UV (neon / black light) photographs combine 1960s Pop Art with the immersive UV environment of underground rave culture. His work is inspired by the Surrealist movement combining traditional photographic skills with cutting edge digital manipulation.

Robert is a highly skilled portrait photographer and digital retoucher with over 25 years professional experience. His images, both traditional and contemporary, are of the highest standard and bear the simple, bold style and polish that identifies a Robert Babylon image.
